eBusiness Gateway. We are independent telecom consultants and
believe that you will find our services of benefit if you are considering
moving premises; starting a new business; or are simply dissatisfied with
the cost and performance of your existing telecom services.
Our services are as follows:

Purchase & Installation

review your telecom requirements and help you to understand and prioritise
the options that are available.

We
state which systems and communications plans best suit your needs and
obtain competitive quotations from established suppliers.

We
evaluate the bids and make recommendations over the best options.
|

4.

We
project manage the installation.

Fees:
|
Either
you pay us a fixed fee for our services or we take a sales commission from
the equipment suppliers. These options are openly discussed with you in
advance.

Line
Rental and Call Charges
|
|
1.
|
We
provide a free analysis of your existing rental and call charges.
|
|
2.
|
We
produce a straight-forward report on potential costs savings from
different carriers.
|
|
3.
|
We
arrange service switches to selected carriers.
|
|
4.
|
We can
take over billings management with consolidated bill from BT and other
carriers, if required. Bills can be viewed online and alerts can be
arranged for unusual events.

5.
|
We can
take the day-to-day responsibility for the correction of faults.
|
|
Fees:
|
You pay
nothing. We are paid a commission on call charges by the selected carrier
- you pay only the published rate for the selected service, and therefore
get full benefits of lower call charges.
