offer you Online Training courses. People
learn best by doing. We show you how to use the Mindshop
tools and processes in a real life situation without leaving
your office or home!
The Online Training model was a natural extension to the
traditional training program allowing on-going, one to one
coaching, over an eight week period. Online
Training has been created to produce efficiency and is an innovative way to learn.
Once you have registered we
provide you with a password to access the Resource Centre for the
program of your choice. Each Resource Centre contains, resource material, hot links and most
importantly your coaching area. The coaching area assists
you to understand and apply every aspect of your training in
an interactive environment.

coach, as a Mindshop Facilitator
has an in depth
knowledge of the Mindshop tools and processes. Each
Coach is an experienced Business Advisor with experience
working with clients in a broad range of industries.
- You may
commence your Mindshop Online Training course at any
time, no waiting.

given eight weeks access to your course. This will
allow you to implement and review what you have learnt
and apply it to your business.

Business
Improvement Process is used to develop business strategy for
an organisation. You will develop a list of issues and using
your sustainable competitive advantage as a filter identify
the key issues. Action plans are developed and
implementation is via a one page business plan.
Personal
Improvement Process
Develop skills and knowledge that can be applied in
your personal and business life. The Mindshop Tools are
practical, logical and easy to apply.
You will develop and implement a one page personal
improvement plan for yourself or your organisation.
Marketing
and Sales Process
This
program covers both marketing issues such as
segmentation, growth and product strategy and sales issues
such as customer needs, consumer decision making and buyer
behaviour. Action plans are developed and implementation is
via a one page marketing and sales plan.
Consulting
Facilitation Process
The
ability to present and sell your skills and knowledge is an
important part of a Consultant's success.
Learn to structure and organise your presentation
using powerful techniques for getting your audience
involved. Dispel
the fear associated with public speaking and become a
Dynamic Presenter.
Continuous
Improvement Process
The
Continuous
Improvement Process assists you to develop a quality plan
using tools such as Mind Mapping, Pareto and Force Field.
Other tools include Control Charts, the Seven Wastes and
Histograms. Action plans are developed and implementation is
via a one page continuous improvement plan.
Leadership
Development Process
The
Leadership Development Process is used to train, coach and
develop leaders. Leadership is used at work, at home and in
the community. A one page leadership plan is developed.
Team
Development Process
The
Team Development Process trains team leaders and team
members in the Mindshop tools and processes. Skills such as
problem solving, conflict resolution, team structure, team
styles and project team revitalisation are used and
practiced.

Your
Coach is an Accredited Mindshop Facilitator (AMSF), someone
who is accredited in all the core Mindshop training
programs. They are
trained to maximise the learning you receive and have an in depth knowledge of the Mindshop
tools and processes. Each Coach is a Business
Advisor with experience working with a large range of
clients Your Coach must have
AMSF accreditation, in this way we control the quality
standards of our programs and graduates.
